Terms and Conditions for Booking a Serviced Apartment Online
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of serviced apartment accommodations provided by Stellar Corporate Housing ("the Provider"). By completing a booking, you ("the Guest") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
For the sake of clarification:

No landlord or tenant relationship is deemed to occur by virtue of the booking.

No tenancy of any description is capable of being formed as a result of this booking.

This arrangement is for a licence to occupy the premises only and does not grant the Guest any rights under Landlord and Tenant laws.

This booking does not allow any other third party to occupy the property without prior written approval from the Provider.
2. Scope of Use

The Guest is granted a temporary, non-exclusive licence to occupy the property ("the Premises") solely for residential purposes during the agreed period.

The Guest may not assign, sub-let, or permit any other person to occupy the Premises without prior written consent.
3. Booking Process

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and a booking confirmation email from the Provider.

The Provider reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at its sole discretion, with notice provided to the Guest.
4. Payment and Fees

Payment must be made in full before check-in unless otherwise specified.

Any additional charges (e.g., for damages, extra cleaning, or unauthorized occupancy) will be charged to the payment method on file.
5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 3pm to 10pm

Check-out time: 10am

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
6. Responsibilities of the Guest

The Guest must keep the Premises clean and in good condition throughout their stay.

The Guest must comply with all applicable laws and avoid causing disturbance to neighbours or the property.

Any damage to the property or its contents caused by the Guest will be charged to the Guest.
7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 nights before check-in will receive a refund, subject to an administrative fee of €100.00.

Cancellations made after this timeframe are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the Guest's stay.
9. Breach of Terms
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of the booking, removal from the Premises, and additional charges as applicable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
By proceeding with the booking, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
